Jiaxing Yacht Auto Parts Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2003 and located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang,China. YACHT has a private ownership factory with building area of 32,000 square meters, more than 300 employees and an annual output of 3 million shock absorbers.
After more than 20 years of continuous and steady development, YACHT has grown into a first-class professional manufacturer of auto shock absorbers in the industry.
At present, YACHT has developed more than 5,000 shock absorber model specifications including car shock absorber series, heavy duty truck shock absorber series, modified vehicle shock absorber series, cabin shock absorber series and solar bracket shock absorber series. The products cover the mainstream models of Japanese, Korean, German, American, French, Russian and domestic brands.
YACHT has professional R&D center,testing center and has been equipped with a full set of shock absorber testing equipment representing the international advanced level, such as Inova shock absorber comprehensive performance test bench and Italy coord 3 three coordinate measuring instrument. Advanced testing equipment and strict quality system ensure stable and reliable product quality.
YACHT has five workshops: machining workshop, preparation workshop, welding workshop, general assembly workshop and spray packaging workshop.YACHT has successively invested 30million yuan to continuously introduce domestically advanced piston rod machining equipment, stamping equipment, shock absorber blanking, welding, assembly, coating and other production and testing equipment. The advanced production and testing equipment ensures that the annual production capacity of YACHT reaches 5million shock absorbers.
